Why Don't I Use BSFF Every Day? Why Am I Procrastinating?

Larry Nims: Does this sound like you? Are you still struggling with old reactive patterns and debilitating limitations? Well, I developed BSFF so you could help yourself be set free by using this amazing new knowledge about how your mind is holding you back.
You can BE SET FREE FAST! You already have within yourself everything you need in order to do that. BSFF does work exactly as I have taught it. BSFF will set you free. It truly is so very simple, gentle and fast. So, let me help you with some of the major programmed blocks that may well be preventing you from using BSFF alertly, thoroughly and effectively.
First, let me encourage you about this. I am convinced that at the deepest level of your being you deeply desire to be loving, loved, happy and healthy--mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If you are not experiencing your life in this way, then you are not yet totally free to be the person you were designed to be.
Second, the power to become truly yourself is in your hands. I know this very well. I have seen it happen in hundreds of lives all over the world. Maybe you could use some guidance from a skilled BSFF practitioner but you don’t necessarily need my personal help to achieve remarkable success with BSFF.
Help is available. However, you can do so much for yourself with the BSFF tools that you already have. BSFF is a wonderful tool that you can readily use for the rest of your life.
So, what is it that is getting in your way? Well, the blocks to your progress almost certainly result from old programs in your subconscious. You did not choose any of them. They were programmed into your subconscious without your awareness and they operate without your permission. Therefore, you are not responsible for those programs in your subconscious. You did not choose them.
When you were a child you had no way to defend or protect your highly receptive subconscious mind from taking in these messages and believing they were “truth” about who you are and how every part of your life is supposed to be for you. Then you automatically rehearsed and reinforced this “truth.” You had no real choice about this. But if you don’t want these programs running your life anymore, you can get rid of them—now. You can reclaim yourself. You can be yourself. You can take back your personal power.
Here are three key issues that may be holding you back. They are quite typical and easily treatable with BSFF.
Your intention is what activates your subconscious to do all the treatment work for you. Using your BSFF cue signals your subconscious of your intention for your subconscious to treat what you are noticing and cueing it to treat. Then your subconscious obediently, instantly, does the treatment for you.
So, now, for starters, do a BSFF treatment for the problem of “I am treating for procrastinating about doing persistent BSFF treatments.” Just gently, consciously intend to get rid of this procrastination problem and then do the treatment. If necessary, though not usually required, treat repeatedly until you feel just fine about actually doing BSFF treatments to help yourself for any and all problems that are interfering with you functioning freely, flexibly, calmly, confidently and effectively. Do this in every area of your life. If you persist with BSFF treatments, you will get to that place in your experience. So do it! You will be delighted with the new freedom you will have.
By the way, persistence will pay off in treating any area of difficulty—any area where you feel blocked from being at peace or held back in any way.
Self-image is a major problem for virtually everyone. Who has escaped the many negative and invalidating words and actions of the powerful people in our lives? Parents, peers, siblings, relatives, and authority figures in our culture and institutions (in schools, religions, the legal system, government, etc.) have bombarded us with negative messages, both verbally and non-verbally.
Self-image Problems: Self-image is a self-evaluation of who and what you are as a person, as a human being. Here are some examples of positive self-image thoughts or statements:
I like myself.
I am a good person.
I deserve good things in life.
I deserve to be loved.
I have personal value and worth.
I have a good mind.
I have a good body.
I am enough.
I am a loving and loveable person
I am acceptable.
When I muscle test people on these statements they always test weak, that is, negative, on each one. It is extremely rare to get a positive test on any of these statements. I did not either, on myself, when I first discovered this self-image issue in myself many years ago. In addition, these are only a few of the hundreds of possible self-image problems in the huge issue of self-image.
Imagine how having so many negative thoughts and beliefs, with all of the associated negative emotions, can automatically limit and undermine you all across your life experiences. Limitations related to your self-image could certainly stop you from using and benefiting from BSFF.
However, I have discovered that all self-image problems (not just these sample statements) can be treated with one BSFF treatment. That is, your entire set of negative self-image problems are thoroughly treated as one huge self-image issue. Here is how you can do it. Remember, you need only one treatment for this whole mess. Whether you believe you have any self-image problems or not, please do the following single treatment.
Treatment statement for Self-image: I am treating all of the problems that in any way, directly or indirectly, cause me to have a negative, limited, or imbalanced evaluation of myself in terms of my self-image, that is, in any way that I evaluate myself as a person and as a human being.
Self confidence is another huge issue with multiple problems that are likely holding you back. Many (but not all) of these self-confidence problems show up in every person. Therefore, it is also extremely important to treat the entire issue of self-confidence, too.
You acquired many of these problems from the same sources as the self- image issue. For example, as a child, did you ever receive this, or some similar kind of negative message from a powerful authority figure? “You lied to me!...You broke a family rule!...You spilled your milk again!...Yo said a bad word! Now go to your room, and you will not get dessert tonight!”
And, what about all the negative messages you got as an adult from peers, bosses, spouses, relatives, and all types of authority figures? Such negative messages were seemingly about your behavior, but, the voice tone, gestures and facial expressions that often accompanied them also said “you are a bad boy/girl.” Thus, often, you got both a negative self-image and a negative self-confidence message simultaneously. The little child in your subconscious absorbs and believes all these messages even if you consciously tell yourself they are not true. Until these programmed beliefs are eliminated or neutralized, you are unable to prevent their accumulation in your subconscious.
Likewise, what about the many, many messages you got in your life about how you were not doing well enough at something? What about your grades in school, job reviews, religious rules that were difficult to live up to, and so many other performance evaluations that claimed in some way that you were not okay? These repeated messages all went directly into your subconscious and became the basis for your own self evaluation of your performance and your personal traits and characteristics.
Self-Confidence Problems: Self-confidence is a self-evaluation of your own performance and capabilities that also includes evaluation of your personal qualities and characteristics. Here are just some of the more typical messages on which your muscle testing would probably be weak—meaning that your subconscious would say “no” to most of them, you probably have agreed with many of the negative messages, subconsciously, without knowing it. There are probably hundreds more. You need not be dismayed about this. Just treat your entire self-confidence issue in one treatment.
But note, if you are dismayed, you can quickly free yourself of that feeling, too. Just treat any distress you feel about anything and everything. BSFF will do that very easily for you.
I am good at things.
I am a capable person.
I can learn to do most anything and do it well.
I have some good talent, skill and ability.
I am a good father/mother/son/daughter/brother/sister/husband/wife.
I am good at my work/profession.
I am an attractive, good-looking man/woman.
I am good in relationships.
I run my life well.
I have an intelligent and capable mind.
I have a skillful and capable body.
Treatment statement for Self-confidence: I am treating all of the problems that in any way, directly or indirectly, cause me to have a negative, limited or imbalanced evaluation of myself in terms of my self-confidence, which includes my personal traits, qualities and characteristics.
The bottom line for you is that BSFF works with every problem that has psychological aspects involved in it (unresolved emotions and beliefs resulting from past experiences). Those unresolved emotions and negative beliefs result in emotional discomfort and restrict parts of our experience and self-expression. These limitations throw us off balance--mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually.
Now, I have given you a way to get back on track to freeing yourself of problems that are holding you back in you life. Use BSFF for everything that you notice that is limiting you from emotional freedom and flexible choices and responses in every area of your life.
Treat all blocks to moving forward. You do not have to know what they are. You merely need to consciously notice that you are blocked or distressed and simply treat for “everything that is making me stuck right now,” or, “everything that is making me feel distressed right now.” Notice and treat. Then, notice and treat until you are calm and free to move forward. Yes, there will be lots more problems. But, that is how you can claim your own personal freedom and power. Indeed, that is how you can reclaim your true self. You are worth it!

PS: Always be sure to do the BSFF Closing Sequence when immediately after you finish all of the treatments you are going to do at any given time. This is imperative to help prevent any of the problems you have just treated from returning. Most problems do not return, but any problem can return quite rapidly if you do not do the Closing Sequence.
Please note that I have added another step to the BSFF Closing Sequence. So, there are now four treatments in it. Here is what you will now treat as step # 1.
“I forgive everybody and everything. Cue.
I have discovered that, when we are treating large issues, and perhaps even one single problem, there often are people or situations that we hold responsible for the problem or issue, but we have not recognized this and identified them during our treatments. Therefore, we need to forgive all of them. You simply treat all of them with just one treatment.
All angers, judgments and criticisms will automatically be treated along with the treatments you have just done. But all the unforgiveness must still be treated.
Think or say each of these four Closing Sequence statements once and follow each of them with your cue.
#1 “I forgive everybody and everything.”
#2 “All Stoppers.”
#3 “Mad at myself.”
#4 “Forgive myself.”
So, there you have it. These three issues are very common obstacles to getting started or keeping going with BE SET FREE FAST. Actually, they are all remarkably easy to treat. In fact, anytime that you feel stuck about using BSFF in any problem area of your life, simply treat for “this stuckness.” Keep treating until you are free of this programmed limitation on your freedom. Being stuck can happen at any point in your BSFF work (or in using any treatment method). Your subconscious will readily cooperate with you and free you to continue getting the amazing benefits of BSFF.
