The Emotional and Psychological Trauma around the Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic

Clearly not the common flu, the SARS-COV-2 novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 disease presents special and potentially lethal challenges for nutritionally undernourished bodies, weakened immune systems, teh elderly, black and hispanic ethnic minorities, and people with certain health challenges like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, COPD, obesity, or generally harmless genetic vulnerabilities like G6PD deficiency and Benign Ethnic Neutropenia (BEN). 


These factors make ensuring you are getting all the nutritional and medical support you should be getting while following the CDC and WHO guidance to help safeguard yourselves especially important. Even those who would/will only have a mild reaction (or natural immunity) to becoming ill from the infection can nevertheless become carriers who transmit the virus directly or indirectly to others who are more vulnerable.


One simple piece of advice most can easily follow is to ground your bare feet to the Earth (grass, soil, sand, natural bodies of water, or concrete pavement) for at least 30 minutes every day (the longer the better). Dozens of validated scientific clinical research studies have shown that countless electrons which flow into your body when you are electrically grounding yourself to the Earth, and the effectare good for both calming your nerves and supporting your immune system with natural antioxidants (electrons). It is a harmless way to support your wellbeing and potentially improve your health. 


In addition to following evidence-based nutritional (especially ensuring sufficient nutritional intake of the most beneficial vitamins and minerals through diet and supplementation) and medical advice, we need to tend to the psychological demands of this crisis. 


From the emotional and mind-body-lifeforce perspective, we are also in the midst of an “emotional and psychological pandemic” that has its own consequences. It is important to remember that our bodies also reflect our holistic mental, emotional, and subtle energy state. The origin of the word “influenza” is from the Italian and Medieval Latin word “influentia” which means “influence.” Our health and bodies are indeed influenced by our own thoughts and emotions, as well as those we pick up from others and the Collective Consciousness. 


The fear, anxiety, and panic generate a sympathetic nervous system "FIGHT/FLIGHT/FREEZE" response in the body that shuts down the immune system in order to focus energy on immediate survival from predators or dangerous prey. The primary hormone release in this response is adrenaline, which is actually used medically to depress the immune response for people who've had organ transplants to keep the immune cells from attacking the foreign organ! When anger and resentment or guilt are mixed in, this may trigger an excessively aggressive immune response. 


Our own (and inadvertently adopted from outside us) sense of fear, helpless, and vulnerability to this virus can instruct our immune response to weaken or overreact. A weak or overreactive response to Covid-19 might increase the detrimental impact of the disease on our health.


In addition to suggesting you keep up with and follow the CDC and WHO guidelines, avoid excess media exposure, and ground yourself as much as possible, I’d like to offer the following process for applying BSFF to address all of the unhealthy thoughts and emotions about, toward, and as a result of the virus and the pandemic, how it is being dealt with by international, national, and local media, governments and organizations in order  to increase the effectiveness of your emotional, psychological, and mindbody-energy matrix responses to the situation as well as to the virus itself if you become exposed to it.


This self-help session includes all of your emotions about the situation concerning yourself, your loved ones, your livelihood, your community and institutions (medical practices, hospitals, public health centers, schools, colleges and universities, libraries, supermarkets, local businesses, the financial markets); your fears for yourself and those you care about.


Let’s name the entirety of all of these aspects, including the energetic signature or “morphic field” of Covid-19, your personal programs causing or contributing to unhealthy emotional, psychological, behavioral or mind-body reactions and responses, as well as any unhealthy thoughts, emotions and energies from the collective consciousness and any relevant programs I have not named, or that cannot be named.

Give yourself about an hour for this self-help session. Have at least 12 oz of clean water with you to sip and finish by the session’s end, and get sip another 12 oz to drink afterwards. If you complete the session early, lie down and rest for the remaining time, and if you can take at least 30 minutes total time to lie down and rest afterward, that will greatly help you to process the session. You should end up drinking at least 2 liters of clean water by the end of the day to help your body flush itself should there be a strong detoxifying effect from the session (this can and does happen sometimes for some people).


Use your BSFF cue (or whatever power method (NLP, TAT, DynaMind, EFT, etc) you prefer):

First, let's adress any fail safe types of programs keeping your problems from resolving.  If you use muscle testing, use it to ensure you have a clear sense of being complete with each of these fail safe statements: if you have a mild-to-strong internal emotional distress or physical discomfort reaction to any of these statements or while addressing Coronavirus panic, scale its intensity from 1-10. Use your cue to reduce it until it is gone, and to cue for any new troubling emotions, thoughts, experiences, or sensations that emerge. Continue until you test or feel clear about each statement.

I am 100% ready, willing, and able to do whatever is ethical and necessary to get and remain completely free of all of this issue from now on

Now use your cue to instruct your subconscious mind to eliminate the relevant programs for each of the following steps (if you use muscle testing, use it to ensure you have a clear sense of being complete with each of these cue statements), and if you have a mild-to-strong internal emotional or physical discomfort reaction to the issue or any of these statements, scale its intensity from 1-10. Use your cue to reduce it until it is gone, and to cue for any new emotions, thoughts, experiences, or sensations that emerge, and for “any active fail safes” if it doesn’t budge downward at any point. Continue until you check yourself as being clear for each statement.


1. Tune into yourself (body & personal space awareness, breathing, passive awareness of mental/emotional landscape “mindscape”).


2.a. Cue to eliminate every program making “the Covid-19 issue” appear/sound/feel insurmountable, impervious to change for the better, unstoppable, immutable, incontrovertible, inevitable, your “fate” in control of you, beyond bigger than you, to be expected, required, somehow desirable, or as though it has magnetic or gravitational pull toward you, or you do toward it.

2b. Cue to eliminate every program obscuring or interfering with a clear inner vision of being and remaining in radiant, resilient, and robust good health throughout this pandemic 


3. a. Cue to eliminate every program existing or manifesting as any aspects of false or limiting self-identification, beliefs, values, attitudes, thoughts, emotions, feeling, sensations, visions, inner commentary, impulses or any other problems you’ve ever had about or toward “the Covid-19 issue”.

3.b. Cue to eliminate every program existing or manifesting as any aspects of false or limiting self-identification, beliefs, values, attitudes, thoughts, emotions, feeling, sensations, visions, inner commentary, impulses or any other problems you’ve ever had as a consequence of “the Covid-19 issue.


4. Cue for all hurt, anger & unforgiveness toward any person/persons/groups/places/entities/activities/situations/ circumstances (including Society, the world, the Universe, and God) that are connected in any way to “the Covid-19 issue”.


5. Continue to cue for whatever emerges related to the problem/issue until SUDS is zero &/or muscle test shows resolution and you feel peaceful.


6. Cue for any remaining subconscious resistance or potential for relapse present anywhere in the mind-energy-body system regarding the problems/issues addressed during the session.


Keep working with the time you have until you are feeling peaceful and settled in yourself. When you feel complete or are 5 minutes away from your time limit, transition to the Closing Sequence.
